Privacy Policy
The short version: Agent Ops Suite is designed to be local-first. Operational records, approvals, audit logs, handovers and project data are stored on your machine by default. The product does not need to collect chat content, customer records or business data to operate locally.
1. Who we are
Agent Ops Suite is published by Marc Gough trading as [ so.design ], Australia. Contact: hello@agentopsuite.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Agent Ops Suite website, support interactions, checkout-related information we receive from payment or licensing providers, and the local-first privacy position of the desktop software. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services you connect.
3. Local product data
The desktop app stores product data locally, including projects, work items, tickets, messages, campaigns, content items, contacts, organisations, approvals, audit logs, handover summaries, imported records and connector metadata. You control the files and backups on your computer.
Local product data is not automatically uploaded to Agent Ops Suite servers as part of normal local operation. If a future feature offers sync, backup, cloud relay or hosted team services, it should be explicitly configured and described separately.
4. Agent and memory integrations
When configured, Agent Ops Suite may connect to Agent Robbie, Codex, ChatGPT agents, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, local agents, custom tools or your agentic memory layer. These integrations are user-controlled. The data those tools receive depends on the connector, prompt, API request and permissions you configure.
5. External services
If you connect email, calendars, GitHub, CRMs, support desks, hosting, cloud AI providers, web search, storage, payment, analytics or other services, requests may go to those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing those providers before connecting sensitive data.
6. Website data
The public website may be hosted behind Cloudflare or similar infrastructure. Standard security and reliability logs may include IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp, referring page, error details and abuse-prevention signals. These logs help keep the site available and secure.
The site should not use advertising trackers. If analytics are added, they should be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.
7. Payments, licensing and support
Checkout may be handled by Stripe or another selected commerce provider. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and should not touch Agent Ops Suite servers. We may receive purchase metadata such as name, email address, product purchased, licence status, support status, tax information, refund status and transaction identifiers.
If you request support, we may process the contact details, diagnostic information, screenshots, logs or files you choose to provide. Do not send secrets, customer data or sensitive records unless they are necessary for support and you are authorised to share them.
8. Customer and business data you add
You are responsible for the personal information, customer data, prospect data, employee data, support messages and business records you import or enter. You should only add data you are allowed to process and should configure retention, access, backup and export practices appropriate to your business.
9. Security
Local-first software places meaningful control in your hands. You are responsible for device security, operating-system access, disk encryption, backups, malware protection, local network access, API keys and connected-service credentials. We recommend strong device passwords, encrypted backups and cautious handling of exported records.
10. Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, export it, uninstall the app, remove the relevant data folder or otherwise manage it. Website, support, licence and payment metadata may be retained for business, accounting, security, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal reasons.
11. International transfers
Website infrastructure, payment providers, licensing providers, support tooling and connected third-party services may process data in countries outside Australia. Local product data remains local unless you connect or use a service that transfers it.
12. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing hello@agentopsuite.com. Local app data on your machine can be managed by you. We may need to retain limited records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
13. Children
Agent Ops Suite is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, website, checkout process or integrations change. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
